How it crops
The banner crops differently on TV, desktop, and mobile — only the centered safe area is guaranteed to survive every device.
Text or logos outside the safe area can look fine in a desktop preview and still get clipped on TV or mobile — check against the safe zone, not the full canvas.
Common mistakes
- Designing edge-to-edge and only checking the desktop preview before publishing.
- Centering a logo vertically without accounting for the safe area's much narrower height — 423px out of the 1440px you upload.
